About the Call Centre Learnership
The Clover Call Centre Learnership offers successful applicants the opportunity to complete an NQF-registered qualification while gaining hands-on experience at Clover’s Call Centre offices in Constantia Park, Roodepoort. Learners will split their time between structured classroom learning and practical workplace training.
Upon completion of the programme, learners will have gained valuable customer service experience and formal call centre training, enhancing their employability within the contact centre and customer service industries.
Duties and Responsibilities
Learners will be trained and exposed to the following key responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service at all times
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Resolve customer queries and complaints through relevant stakeholders
- Capture, confirm, and process customer orders accurately and timeously
- Inform customers of accounts on hold and order status updates
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Communicate order-related issues to relevant internal stakeholders
- Promote and sell Clover and principal products according to customer range
- Offer new and additional products, including features and promotions
- Promote teamwork and collaboration within the call centre environment
- Assist team members in achieving shared performance targets
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to team objectives
- Take responsibility for visual management and information accuracy
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Clover Call Centre Learnership 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Minimum 55% average in English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
- Advanced computer literacy
- Currently unemployed
- Must not have participated in a learnership previously
