About the SPAR Learnership Programme
The SPAR Learnership Programme 2026 is designed to empower unemployed youth by providing structured workplace learning combined with accredited theoretical training. Successful applicants will be placed at the SPAR North Rand Distribution Centre in Johannesburg for a period of 12 months.
This learnership programme offers hands-on exposure within SPAR’s retail and supply chain environment, helping participants gain practical skills, industry knowledge, and work experience that enhance long-term employability. A total of 70 learners will be enrolled in the programme.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the SPAR Learnership Opportunities 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must have Grade 12 / Matric
- Must be currently unemployed
- Must not be registered for another qualification
- Must be between 18 and 34 years of age
