The National Youth Development Agency (NYDA), in collaboration with merSETA, is offering an exciting opportunity for young people across South Africa! Applications are now open for the NYDA Learnerships 2025, a 12-month fully-funded training programme focused on developing skills for the automotive sector.

- Nationwide – South Africa
- Young people from all 9 provinces are strongly encouraged to apply

- 12 Months (Full-Time Commitment Required)

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the NYDA Automotive Learnership Programme 2025, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Be a South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 35 years old
- Hold a Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Must be unemployed
- Must not have participated in any previous learnership programme
- Must be available for the full 12-month duration of the learnership
Required Documents
To complete your application, please ensure you have the following documents certified and ready:
- Certified copy of your Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Certified copy of your South African ID document
- All certified documents must not be older than 6 months at the time of submission
