The CAPACITI Learnership is a full-time, campus-based training programme designed to equip unemployed youth with in-demand digital and IT skills. Through a combination of classroom learning and workplace experience, you’ll develop critical skills needed to thrive in South Africa’s growing digital economy.

Who can apply for the 2025 CAPACITI – IT Demand Learnerships
To apply for the CAPACITI IT Learnership 2025, you must:
- Be a South African citizen (born citizenship)
- Be 18 – 34 years old
- Have completed NQF Level 4 or equivalent (e.g., Matric)
- Be unemployed at the time of application
- Be available full-time for 12 months
- Be an EE candidate – PWD candidates (People with Disabilities) strongly encouraged to apply
