Learnership Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:

- Responding to enquiries, complaints, and information requests

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Rand Water Public Service Administrator Learnership Programme 2026, applicants must:
- Be unemployed at the time of application
- Not be registered for any qualification at a tertiary institution
- Not be participating in any other learnership programme
- Not possess a completed post-matric qualification
- Be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID document
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years, in accordance with NSDS III requirements
Educational Requirements
Applicants must have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate with:
- Mathematics (Level 4 or higher) or Mathematical Literacy (Level 5 or higher)
AND
Either:
- Physical Science (Level 4 or higher)
OR
- Business Studies (Level 4 or higher)
