  • Must not be attending studies full-time
  • Must have a clean criminal record
  • Must be able to attend classes in Midrand, Johannesburg (weekdays)
  • Must be willing to commit to a 12-month programme

Educational Requirements

Applicants must have at least one of the following qualifications:

  • Grade 12 / Standard 10 Certificate, with English and Mathematics as key subjects
  • National Diploma in IT (NQF Level 5)
  • Further Education and Training Certificate in IT: Technical Support (Level 4)
  • Cybersecurity-related certificates (not issued by SETA)

Advantageous (Not Mandatory):

  • Basic understanding of IT fundamentals such as:

  • Prior IT exposure or certifications such as:
