Role Purpose: Momentum Health Learnership Programme
An exciting learnership opportunity is available at Momentum Health.
This programme is designed for unemployed South African youth who are eager to gain workplace experience and develop a career in the healthcare and insurance administration sector.

What is the Learnership Programme?
This is a structured work-based learning programme combining theoretical training and practical workplace experience.
Upon successful completion, learners will receive an Occupational Certificate: Health Care Benefits Advisor (NQF Level 5, SAQA ID 105030).
While completion does not guarantee permanent employment, it provides valuable industry experience and improves employability within the medical aid administration and insurance sectors.

Minimum Requirements
Education
- Grade 12 (Matric) completed
- Mathematics: minimum 40% OR Mathematical Literacy: minimum 60%
- English + another South African language: minimum 50%
- Computer literacy is an advantage
Eligibility
- Must be unemployed and able to commit to a 12-month programme
- South African citizen aged 18–30 years
- Must not be studying full-time or part-time during the learnership
- Must not have previously completed the same learnership
- Must be able to commute independently
- People with disabilities are encouraged to apply (medical proof required)
- Certified copies of ID and Matric certificate (not older than 3 months) required
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Participate in both classroom and workplace-based training
- Apply theoretical knowledge in real work environments
- Build a detailed portfolio of evidence for SETA submission
- Maintain accurate work-based learning logbooks
- Complete formative and summative assessments successfully
- Develop proficiency in company systems and processes

- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
