What is a DSV Learnership?
A learnership is a structured learning program that combines theoretical instruction with on-the-job training. DSV Learnerships 2025 provide selected candidates with the chance to develop skills in key areas of the logistics and supply chain industry, including warehouse operations, freight forwarding, business administration, road transport supervision, project management, and more.
Participants will be enrolled in a formal learnership programme aligned with the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and will gain both practical work experience and an accredited qualification.

Depending on your strengths, interests, and career goals, you’ll be placed in one of the following accredited NQF-aligned courses:

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the DSV Learnerships 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must have a completed Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Must be fluent in English
- Must reside within 15km of the DSV facility where the learnership is taking place

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Age between 18 and 30 years old
