About the Clover Call Centre Learnerships 2025
The learnership will be hosted at Clover’s Call Centre offices located in Constantia Park, Roodepoort. Successful candidates will engage in both on-the-job training and classroom learning as part of the structured programme. Upon completion, learners will be equipped with vital customer service skills and a valuable NQF qualification, giving them a competitive edge in the job market.
Key Responsibilities of a Call Centre Learnership Participant
During the learnership, participants will:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Resolve customer queries and complaints through the appropriate channels
- Accurately capture customer orders and process them on time
- Notify customers of accounts placed on hold
- Confirm orders in line with standard operating procedures
- Communicate any issues affecting orders to the relevant internal teams
- Promote new or additional products, including special offers
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet collective goals
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas
- Take part in visual management and progress tracking
- Maintain Clover’s standards of excellence and integrity
Minimum Requirements
To be eligible for the Clover Learnership 2025, applicants must:
- Have completed Grade 12 / Matric
- Hold a minimum average of 55% in English and Maths (or Maths Literacy)
- Be computer literate (advanced level preferred)
- Not be working at the time of the application
- Not have participated in any previous learnerships
- Be committed to completing the full learnership duration
