The Clicks Group, through its UPD division, is offering an exciting Learnership Programme for 2025. This 12-month programme is aimed at unemployed youth with disabilities who have completed Grade 12 (Matric) and are eager to enter the workforce.

Duration: 12 Months

About the Clicks Group UPD Learnership 2025
This structured learnership programme in Cape Town combines both theoretical training and hands-on practical work experience. The goal is to equip learners with essential job-related skills while providing workplace exposure under the supervision of experienced mentors.
Who Should Apply for the 2025 Clicks Group Learnerships Program ?
This opportunity is specifically for:
- Unemployed South African youth
- Individuals living with a disability (PWDs)
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate holders
- Applicants aged between 18 and 35 years
Learnership Responsibilities
As a learner, your duties will include:
- Attending all scheduled training sessions
- Completing classroom assignments and on-the-job training
- Submitting a Portfolio of Evidence demonstrating your competencies
- Supporting daily operations and learning from your Line Manager
- Meeting all the requirements to successfully complete the learnership programme

- Be able to commit to the full 12-month programme based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town
