About the iMasFinance Learnerships 2025

This structured 12-month insurance learnership offers a combination of theoretical training and practical on-the-job experience in the fields of Sales and Administration within the Long-Term Insurance sector.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Hands-on experience in the Sales and/or Administration departments of a leading insurance provider.
  • Accredited theoretical training aligned with industry standards.
  • On-the-job coaching and mentorship from experienced professionals.
  • A monthly stipend of R5,000 for the duration of the programme.
  • Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a National Qualification Framework (NQF) Level 4 Insurance Qualification.

Key Learnership Outcomes

Minimum Requirements
