  • Assist customers across multiple platforms with empathy and clear communication
  • Respond to enquiries related to online orders, accounts, and general customer support
  • Accurately update and maintain customer records and information
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and follow up until customer satisfaction is achieved

  • Continuously build product and system knowledge to improve customer support

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years’ call centre customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills and confidence using multiple systems
  • Knowledge of customer service legislation, including NCA and POPIA
  • Basic understanding of retail processes
