Absa is offering the BSA Finance Learnership 2026, aimed at empowering unemployed South African youth with structured training and practical workplace experience in the financial services sector.
This learnership programme combines theoretical learning, on-the-job training, and mentorship, enabling participants to gain industry-relevant knowledge and hands-on skills in areas such as business support, financial processes, and administrative functions. The programme is designed to improve employability and prepare learners for future career opportunities within the banking and finance industry.
Key Responsibilities
Successful learners will be required to:
- Participate fully in the learnership to maximise personal and organisational development
- Attend and actively engage in all workplace experience activities aligned with agreed development objectives
- Participate in all training and learning interventions as part of the programme
- Provide ad hoc support to customers and team members to ensure ongoing team performance
- Complete all administrative duties accurately, including record-keeping, tracking, and reporting
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the Absa Learnership 2026:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in one of the following fields:
