Learnership Description
As an SBV YES Learner, you will support various departments by performing key administrative duties and contributing to efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Perform administration tasks assigned by your department according to agreed standards.
- Generate, organize, and maintain records, files, and reports.
- Capture and update information on multiple systems to keep databases accurate.
- File, scan, and manage documents as required.
- Assist with resolving queries and performing necessary follow-ups.
Governance & Compliance
- Adhere to SBV Services’ ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards, ensuring all processes are compliant.
- Support SBV’s ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) initiatives by reporting and managing requirements for positive outcomes.
Culture & Change Leadership
- Uphold SBV’s values and contribute to a positive, driven, and engaged team culture.
- Serve as an ambassador for change during transition periods to ensure continuity.
- Help integrate business units to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer solutions.
- Communicate new procedures clearly and escalate issues to subject matter experts when needed.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and forums to ensure accurate communication across your portfolio.
Requirements for SBV YES Learnerships 2025
To be considered for the 2025 YES Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- South African Citizen
- Between 18 and 30 years old
- Must be unemployed
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
- A 3-year Diploma or Degree in a related field (advantageous)
Experience
- 1 year of general administration experience (advantageous but not mandatory)
