Minimum Requirements

To be eligible for the PPC Engineering Learnership Programme 2025, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate with Mathematics and Physical Science

OR

  • N3 Certificate with the following subjects:
    • Fitting & Turning Trade Theory
    • Mathematics
    • Engineering Science
    • Engineering Drawing

Additional Requirements:

  • A strong interest in mechanical or technical fields
  • Willingness to work overtime and perform additional duties when required
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Valid driver’s license (advantageous, but not mandatory)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
