Minimum Requirements
To be eligible for the PPC Engineering Learnership Programme 2025, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate with Mathematics and Physical Science
OR
- N3 Certificate with the following subjects:
- Fitting & Turning Trade Theory
- Mathematics
- Engineering Science
- Engineering Drawing
Additional Requirements:
- A strong interest in mechanical or technical fields
- Willingness to work overtime and perform additional duties when required
- Basic computer literacy
- Valid driver’s license (advantageous, but not mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
