Pick n Pay wholesale and retail operations Learnerships 2025 Requirements:
To qualify for the Pick n Pay Visual Merchandising Learnership 2025, you must:
- Be a South African citizen, aged 18–35
- Have Grade 12 / Matric (with English and Maths or Maths Literacy at NQF Level 2)
- Be unemployed and not enrolled in any studies
- Commit to the full 12-month programme
- Be available for in-store training and classroom sessions
Key Skills & Competencies:
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have completed a pre-assessment process (if applicable)
- Are customer-focused with a flair for retail and fashion
- Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Have strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take initiative, and be accountable

- Have basic literacy and numeracy skills
