Who Can Apply for the Training Force Learnerships 2025?
Training Force is committed to empowering South Africa’s youth through quality skills development. Our 2025 Learnership Programme is open to:
- South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 28 years old
- Applicants who have completed Grade 10, 11, or 12
- Individuals who are both abled and disabled – we proudly support inclusive education and training
- Candidates who are currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other learnership or education programme

What is a Learnership?
A learnership is a structured learning programme that combines theoretical knowledge with practical work experience. At Training Force, we offer fully accredited learnerships that help individuals gain hands-on experience in real workplace environments while completing formal training aligned to South Africa’s National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
What to Expect from the Training Force Learnership Process
Here is a breakdown of what you can expect once you’ve submitted your application:
- Assessment Invitation: After submitting your online application, you will receive an SMS invitation to write a pre-training assessment test. This helps us evaluate your current skill level and match you to the most suitable learnership.
- Placement and Selection: Once we have available learnership opportunities that align with your qualifications and assessment results, we will place you accordingly. You will then be contacted to begin the onboarding process and start your training journey.
- Fully Sponsored Training: All our learnerships are 100% funded, meaning you will receive training at no cost to you, and in many cases, you may also receive a monthly stipend to support your living expenses during the programme.
