The Bank Better Champion Learnership is designed to give candidates practical exposure to Capitec Bank’s branch operations. Successful applicants will work as Service Consultants, responsible for enhancing the client experience by:
- Welcoming and assisting clients in-branch
- Managing the queue flow efficiently
- Supporting clients at ATMs and self-service channels
- Promoting digital and remote banking tools
This programme allows learners to gain hands-on experience while developing the skills and knowledge needed to pursue a long-term career in banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail banking environment
- Help clients perform transactions on remote or digital platforms
- Coordinate queue and branch flow to ensure operational efficiency

Learnership Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational (Matric)
Experience:
- Minimum: No prior experience required
- Ideal: Some customer service experience in retail, banking, or financial services
Knowledge & Skills
Required Knowledge:
- Basic mathematical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Knowledge:
