The Transnet 2025 Learnership Programme is designed for individuals looking to gain experience in non-technical fields such as administration, HR, logistics, marketing, and office management. Unlike technical or engineering apprenticeships, this programme focuses on support functions within the organization.
Participants benefit from a combination of theoretical learning and hands-on experience, working in real business environments across various Transnet business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Task Execution

- Learning & Development

Minimum Requirements for Transnet Learnership 2025
To be eligible for the Transnet Work Integrated Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- South African citizenship.
- Between 18 and 35 years old.
- Completed Matric (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent.
- Completed theoretical coursework in one of the following:
- Diploma (University of Technology): Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management.
- N6 Certificate: Office Management, Marketing Management, Human Resources, Logistics, Communication.
- Must not be bound by a bursary obligation with another organisation.
- Preference given to People with Disabilities.
- Submit certified copies of:
- Matric certificate
- Academic transcripts
- South African ID
