The Bidvest Insurance Learnership 2025 program is designed to provide practical training and foundational knowledge for individuals interested in the insurance and financial services industry.
Position Overview
As a learner, your primary role will be to support the Value-Added Product Claims team by gathering and managing claim information accurately—via telephone and email.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the learnership, you’ll gain valuable experience in:
- Providing excellent customer service for policyholder queries.
- Capturing and validating insurance claims accurately.
- Verifying policy status and premium payments to process claims.
- Managing claim-related documentation and correspondence.
- Handling refunds and processing payments to clients and suppliers.
- Updating policyholder information in the claims system.
- Responding to telephone and email queries professionally.
- Ensuring all work aligns with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
